Tuesday. There has beeto great excitement in the sharemarkct, and Caledonian shares rose as high as .£so,.but eased off again, and there are now sellers at £3G 10s, buyers £36. Other stocks aro almost entirely neglected. Nonpareils are quoted at £2 l*2s, and Red Queens at 4s Gd. Per New Zealand Press Association.
