THE SOUTH BRITISH INSURANCE COMPANY.
The prospectus of the South British Fire and Marine Insurance Company of New Zealand has been circulated iti Auckland. The capital of the company is to he £500,000 in 25,000 shares of £2O, with unlimited liability. The following are the names of the provisional directors:— Hon. 11. Chamberlain, M.L.A.; W. Morrin, Esq. ; A. Wardrup, Esq. ; W. C. Daldy, Esq. ; A. Beethain, Esq. ; W. Earl, Esq.; S. Jones, Esq. ; Secretary (pro. tern.), J. F. Clarke.
