The Tokatea cleaned up at the New Zealand Battery on ’Saturday nighty obtaining 4140 z from five day’s crushing, including the 6001 b of specimens sent down last week. This makes a total of nearly l,ooooz. now in the bank, which has been deposited there since the end of March. The mine looks very well, and a small lot of very nice specimens were taken out of the low level this morning.— The Flower of the Hill (Tiki) crushed 21 tons of stone at the Pukewhau Battery, for a yield of 62ozs. Somo of the richest specimens were not included in this crushing, in consequence of their not having returned from town in time to be put through the machine.— Cross.
