POLICE COURT.— Tuesday.
(Before H. C. I.AWI.OK, Esq., j.r.) Drunkenness. Louis Turrell, charged with being drunk and incapable in Queenstreet, Grnliamstowx, on the 20th instant, pleaded guilty, and was lined 10s or 24 hours’ imprisonment, in ease of non-pay-ment. Abusive Language. —John Fill is, /tliax James Jones, was charged with using abusive and threatening language towards Frederick Packard, on the 22nd ilist. There was no appearance of complainant, and the case was struck out.
