WAIOTAHI HIGHWAY BOARD.

A special meeting of the Board was held yesteday afternoon, at 3 p.m. at the Governor Bowen Hotel. Present—Mr Davies (chairman), Mr Anthony, the Secretary, and Mr Simpson, Engineer to the Board.

For the filling-in and fencing of theallotment : W. Wood, £33; Coiebrook, £55 ; J. MeConnocliie. £35; Duke and Gallagher, £77 ; J. Somerville Bros., £sl 15s. There not being a quorum present, (be meeting lapsed, without any business being doue.
