Ghetillb & Co.’S (neuter’s Agents) EXPRESS. MEETING OF THE CROWN PRINCE G.M.C. Auckland, 8.40 p.m. A MEETING of the Crown Prince G.M.C. was held to-day. The rules of the company were adopted. Messrs Cochrane, Ogilvie, G. S. Graham, McTavish, Greenwood, Cook, and Stokes were elected directors. Respecting the forfeited shares it was agreed that they could be redeemed within one week, on the payment of the cal 11 3s 6d and cost, twopence per scrip fine.
