COURTS.
WARDEN’S COURT— Yesterday. Before W. l’rascr, Esq., Warden. J. W. Tiller v. D. Fkieland. —The plaint in this case set forth that the defendant is the registered owner of a full share in the Green Isle claim on the Waiotahi, and lie has neglected fairly to work the same during the period of occupancy, wherefore complainant seeks to be placed in possession.—When the ease was called on the parties did not appear, and the ease was struck out.
The Court then adjourned until Wednesday.
