Drunke nnkss. —Henry Lusty, charged with being drunk and incapable in Albertstreet on the loth instant, pleaded guilty and was fined 10s, or d-t hours’ imprisonment. Nuisance. "William Bobbett was charged with neglecting to clean lr’s premises in Sliortlnnd. on the bth instant, whereby a nuisance was created. DefcnI dant did not appear when called upon,and I service of summons having been proved, i a warrant was ordered to lie issued I for his apprehension. Philiip AYarren, ! charged with neglecting to clean his premises at Shorthand, on tiie Dth instant, i also pleaded guilty. The Inspector of | Nuisances said the nuisance had been removed.
