SUPREME COURT.— Friday.

(Before his Honor Sir G. A. Arney, Chief Justice, and a Special Jury.)

Gow and Another v. Frazer. —This ease closed yesterday evening, after a very careful hearing of four days. Mr MacCormick for the defendant, and Mr W. L. Rees for the plaintiffs. Counsel 011 both sides addressed the jury. His Honor summed up, remarking at the close, to a question from Mr MacCormick, that after the conditions of sale had been put in under which the property was sold, there was virtually no defence. The jury, having retired, returned into Court at 6.30 o’clock, with a verdict for the plaintiffs. Damages, £6GO 3s. —The Circuit Court was then formally declared dissolved.— Cross.
