CRIM IN A L JUIHSDIC TI O N (Before Sir George Alfred A..soy, Chief Justice.) S ENTENTE. Andrew McGcoch, convicted yesterday of perjury, was brought up for sentence. Mr McCormick moved for an arrest of judgment on certain grounds which he supported by quoting from numerous authorities. Mr W. L. Rocs having replied, his Honor reserved judgment until r ttcr the sitting of the Court of Appeal. This concluded the business of the Criminal Sessions of the Supreme Court. POLICE COURT.— Saturday. Ucforo IV. Fraser, Esq., HAL DIU'XK EX ness. — Richard Bear, on bail, charged with being drunk and disorderly m AVilliainsori-strcet the previous night, did not appear, and the amount of his bail was ordered to he foifcited. There was no other business before Pie Court.
