HAZELBANK GOLDMINING COMPANY.
A meeting ot this Company was held on Monday afternoon at the Insurance Buildings, when the whole of the shareholders were present with the exception of one or two. Mr Beveridge was elected chairman. Messrs Crosbie, Black, and Beveridge were appointed directors, and the rules of the company read seriatim and confirmed. It was determined that the hands engaged at the mine should continue working on the present leaders, which are presenting a splendid show of gold, likely, as the manager stated, to give the magnificent return of from G oz. to 7oz to the ton. The opinion expressed by the mining manager was that the prospects of the company were magnificent. Business details Slaving been gone into, which obtained the assent of the shareholders, the meeting broke up after recording a vote of thanks to the chairman. Cross.
