Auckland, 8.39 p.m. At the meeting of the Ne-Plus-Ultra G.M.Co., the following gentlemen were elected Directors :—Messrs. W. E. Crofton, Clifton, D. 13. Wallace, Captain McClemcnts, and R. Kccsing. Mr. J. M. Clark’s horse fell, as he was riding, and rolled on him, fracturing his leg. He is progressing favourably. Great fluctuations in the sharemarket. Caledonians closed at £B2 10s ; Tookey, at £42.
