The subscribers have been instructed to sell, at their Land Rooms, Fort-street, on Monday, 20th instant, at 12 o’clock, BLINK BONNY FARM, consisting of 350 acres of the most fertile soil in the Papakura Valley, all fenced; about 260 acres subdivided into twelve paddocks, with sheep-proof fences, with a plentiful supply of white clover and grass, and a never-failing stream of pure water winding through the property, the remaining 100 acres being bush, which supplies first-class cattle feed. The DWELLING-HOUSE contains six Rooms, also detached Kitchen and Diningroom, thoroughly finished, papered, lined, and ceiled throughout, with verandah. All lately erected, and for comfort; and convenience all that can be desired. The Garden in front is planted with trees and shrubs, and enclosed by a wire fence and acacia hedge. OUT-BUILDINGS consist of Laborer’s House, Dairy, Carpenter’s.
