WARDEN’S COURT.— Tuesday.

Before W. Frazer, Esq., Warden. THE IIAZELBANK CASE. Fitzgerald v. Crosbie.— ln this action to obtain possession of the claim known ns the Hazelbank on the ground of false representations made to the Superintendent on the part of Crosbie, the defendant, Mr Tyler said lie appeared with Mr Macdonald for the plaintiff ; Mr Heskcth was retained for all the defendants except Mr Gillies : Mr Heskcth was unable to attend, beipg engaged in the Supreme Court, and he would therefore ask for a further adjournment of the case until Tuesday next. The case was adjourned accordingly.
