The Temuka Rifles fired the second of the series for the New Zealand Rifle Association’s bronze medal yesterday morning at half-past five o’clock. In spite of very bad light some good scores M6 re made. Sergeant Levens has now a good lead for the medal, his two scores (46 and 56) totalling up 102, Lieutenant Whitehead being second with 47 and 45, total 92, and Sergeant Hobbs third with 40 and 50, total 90.
