Mr Ward maintained that it was not proper to pass work that was not done according to specifications. The chairman thought it very bad taste on Mr Ward's part to delay the board over such a trivial matter as this work, especially as Mr Ward was one who was tendering for the work before he became a member of the board. Mr Ward denied that he tendered for the work mentioned. Mr Sutherland said that Mr Ward waß patting in for the work bat his tender was too late for it.
