St. Petersburg, Oct. 31. | The Czar ia spitting blood in large quantities and at shorter intervals. His left lung is affected, and his condition is now very serious. The Czar’s pulse is 90 and weak. He breathes with difficulty and the dropsy is much increased. He only takes a little nourishment. The King and Queen of Denmark start for Livadia. Latest reports concerning the Czar state that he has rallied somewhat and is now able to sleep. Nov. 1. The latest bulletin regarding the Czar has caused a great sensation and the city is already in mourning. The crowds who infest the streets are in tears, and the theatres have closed. Loudon, Oct. 30. At the request of the Czarina, the Prince and Princess of Wales start for Livadia to-morrow, and will travel night and day. A later bulletin from Livadia states that the Czar is dying, and his death may be expected et any moment. Nov. 1. The weakness of the Czar has greatly increased, otherwise there is not much change in bis condition. A violent Nihilist proclamation has been issued in Switzerland rejoicing at the Czar’s recent illness, and declaring death well merited. It also adds that his successors will have to face the inflexible will of revolution.
