Paris, Aug. 13. The Anarchists were tried under the old law. The French police have warned the St. Petersburg Bureau that dangerous Anarchists are arriving in Russuia with the intent to blow up the Czar because no amnesties were granted in honour of his daughter’s wedding. Aug. 14. The majority of the Anarchists were discharged, as it was not pioved that they belonged to any criminal society. Two were convicted of robbery and sentenced to eight and fifteen years respectively. Seven of the jury who tried the Anarchists voted for their acquittal, and six against. London, Aug. 13. The Standard’s Paris correspondent states that Santo is in a nervous and excited condition. He wakes up at midnight, and stares about him in an attitude of terror. 1
