London, June 26. Sir W. V, Harcourt, replying to Sir G. Harconrt’s new draft clause requires reciprocal deductions in the colonies. The Opposition coraplaiu that, the Government applied the closure in the debate on the spirit duties in disregard of the compact that a division should not take ploce till to-day. Many who had left the House declare that they will debate the subject again at the report stage of the Bill.
