SHOOTING.
A rifle match was fired on Thursday last between the Temuka and Timaru Rifles in Temuka, which resulted in a victory for Timaru by 53 points. The weather was, all that could be desired for shooting, which can be seen by the good scores made by some of the men on both sides, particularly Private Worsley, of Timaru.
