THE ANARCHISTS.
Paris, March 14. It is reported that the Anarchist Heun, who is in custody on a charge of having thrown a bomb in the Cafe Lazaire last month, has made an important confession, in which he says that he intended to kill a member of the Rothschild family, but changed his mind at the last moment. He also declares that hife arrest on the present charge will not prevent the ultimate carrying out of the intention he had in view.
