THE PARIS OUTRAGE.
Paris, Dec. 12. . In connection %ith the bomb explosion in the Chamber of Deputies, Vaillant's mistress has been arrested as an accessory. Placards are posted in various parts of the city threatening revenge if Vaillant is severely dealt with. All the public buildings in Paris are being closely watched. Dec. 13. Vaillant is a member of a cosmopolitan society, the object-, of which is to destroy the public buildings by means of dynamite explosions. Thirty foreigners suspected of being Anarchists are being expelled from the country. A French chemist has made a peculiar offer to the authorities. He claims that by the discharge of grenades charged with carbonite arsenic among Anarchists while assembled in meeting, fchey could be suffocated. He offers the discovery to the police.
