NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Geraldine County Council desires to RAISE THE SUM OF £4OO by way of LOAN under the provisions of “ The Local Bodies Loans Act, 1886,” for the purpose of CONSTRUCTING WATER-RaCES within that part of the Geraldine County known as the Four Peaks Water-Supply District, and that the sum of £25 is proposed to be set apart in each year towards paying off the Loan ; and it is proposed that a Special Rate of §d (two-thirds of a penny) in the Pound on the Rateable Value of the Property within the said Four Peaks Water-[Supply District shall be pledged as Security for such Loan.
