London, Sept. 27. It is reported that in the event of the Brazilian revolt succeeding, the insurgents intend to proclaim Prince Augustus, of Portugal, King. Rio de Janeibq, Sept. 26. The rebel squadron renewed the bombardment. Many citizens wore killed and great damage was done to the town. The forts and men-of-war replied, and silenced their fire. Sept. 27. The city has been so badly bombarded that it is expected the banks will close. At the request of the foreign warships, Admiral Meelo haa ceased firing.
