The officers and crews of the Brazilian warships have revolted, and it is reported that the mutinous vessels have blockaded Rio Janeiro. Bio db Janeiro, Sept. 8.

The mutineers demand the resignation of President Marshall Peiscoto on the ground of misuse of his power to veto. The garrison of Santa Cruz threaten to sink the vessels, but the rebels are preparing to bombard the capital. The squadron denounces Peiscoto's rule as tyrannous. The President has been proclaimed dictator. The foreign Admirals have decided to prevent insurgent ships bombarding Rio. Rome, Sept. 8. The Italian Government are sending two warships to Rio de Janeiro.
