London, July 8. Sir Thomas Mcllwraith, the Premier of Queensland, is communicating with the Agent-General, who is waiting on Lord Rosebery, the Foreign Secretary, with respect to the claims of the owners and crew of the barque Oosto Rica, which was seized by the Hutch authorities in Java waters.
