Melbourne, May 3jU Several creditors in England have asked for an extension of time in fixing the date from which the reconstruction of the Commercial Bank of Australia is to begin. The' Court granted seven days in which to lodge an appeal. The Court declined to approve of the Bank of reconstruction scheme, and referred it to the directors for modification. Counsel on behalf of the Friendly Societies stated that the scheme would cause the societies to become insolvent. Brisbane, May 31.
