HAWAII.
New York, Jan. 28, News from Hawaii states that the Queen has been desposed, and a provisional Government appointed to ad-, minister affairs pending the negotiations of the terras of the union with e United States, San Francisco, Jan. 28. *The Queen of Hawaii proposed to disfranchise foreigners, and place the Government in the hands of natives. Ministers resigned on the 16th, and Judge Doule was appointed temporary Premier. Honolulu is in the hands of foreigners. The troops remained quiescent, and the Queen was deposed without loss of life. She has gone into the country. Three hundred sailors from American warships have been landed as a precautionary measure. All the Great Powers, with the exception of England, have recognised the new administration. A Commission has proceeded to Washington with a petition, praying for annexation to the United States.
