Paris, Dec. 27. M. Andrieux denies that he is in possesssion of the letter addressed to Hertz and frequently alleges that the Government have abandoned his arrest. He also declares that the Opportunists have been robbing the country for the past twelve years, and he threatens to expose the corruption of the Credit Foncier and the Franco-Egyptian Bank, and also their blunder in connection with army contracts. Madame Oaruot says that she never received a single centime from the Panama Canal Company in aid of her charities.
