London, Dec. 26. | The proprietors of the Daily Telegraph have been warned that if the paper continues its attacks upon the unemployed and the gatherings on Tower Hill, the men will forcibly resent them. A similar notice has been sent to the proprietors of the St. James' Gazette. Dec. 27. The "i odorated Miners are desirous of securing an increased rate of wages, and are ■ ;>nsidering the question of a national strik'.- to secure the object in view. Forty thousand cotton operatives in Hi t north of Ireland, who were thrown out of work by the recent strikes, are starving.
