WELLINGTON WOOL SALE. The first wool sale of the season for the Wellington district was held on Friday. The was a good attendance of Home and local buyers. Bidding was spirited and prices generally satisfactory except for inferior and stained grades, and reflected the recent, advance in the London prices. Greasy crossbreds brought up to Bd. GISBORNE WOOL SALE. The first of the Gisborne wool sales was held on Friday. There was a large attendance of English and local buyers, and competition was keen, especially for good lines. Fleece wool prices ranged from 7d for strong wellconditioned Lincoln to B|d for clean crossbred. The bidding was spirited throughout, and the result highly satisfactory to sellers.
