TEMUKA CRICKET CLUB.

The annual meeting of this club was held last evening at the Temuka Dispensary, Mr Hayhurst, vice-president, in the chair.

The balance-sheet showed that the receipts for the season amounted to £36 2s 4d, and the expenditure to the same sum; assets, including material, £l3 10s, and liabilities £l. The election of officers, etc., resulted as follows Patron, Mr A. E. G. Rhodes, M.H.R. ; President, Mr J. T. M. Hayhurst ; Vice-Presidents, Messrs D. Henry, A. M. Clark, J. S. Hayes, J. Blyth, E. Cutten, and M. Quinn, and Revs. J. Delluw, J. Dickson, and W. E. Gillam. Captain, Mr E. C. Dana ; Secretary and Treasurer, Mr B. Herbert ; General Committee, Messrs Brown, Bryars, Buxton, Cooper, and Dignan; Match Committee, Messrs Bryars, Dann, and Dignan; Ground Committee, Messrs Hayhurst, Brown, and Herbert. Subscription to be 10s for members over 18, 5a for members under that age, and that bona fide active members of the Temuka Football Club be admitted for ss. The opening day was fixed for Thursday, October 6t.li, the match to bo decided on by the general committee. Tim moving then closed with a vole of !haul; to Ihe chair.
