New York, Aug. lu. The miners of Tracy City,Tennessee, seized a number of convict labourers, put them on board a train, and deported him from the city. The miners of Tracy City killed several of the convicts whom they seized. The Governor of the State declares that he will order the ringleaders of the outrage to be shot in the event ot their being captured. The switchmen of New York and Lake Erie, Western Leheight, and Buffalo Creek railways have struck for higher wages. The strikers fired on two trains consisting of sixty carriages and on the houses occupied by the watchmen. They also derailed a passenger train, but fortunately this act was not accompanied by loss of life. The police and soldiers are restoring order.
