London, July 20,

Cholera is advancing in Austria and France, but is at present confined in the latter country to the snburbs of Paris.

Paris July 17. Ten deaths from cholera were reported yesterday. St. Petersburg, July 19.

Russian tro»ps on the Austrian frontier are seriously affected by the cholera.

A cholera cordon has been placed along the frontiers of Russia. July 20.

The mortality from cholera in Russia is increasing to a very large extent. Further rioting has taken place at at Saratov. The fury of the mob was directed against the doctors, several of whom were murdered. Eighty thousand people have fled from Baku.

Teheran, July 20. The plague has broken out in Khorshan, a province of Persia.
