Paris, July 8. It is reported that genuine cholera has apeared here. St. Petersburg, July t. Cholera is raging at Kharistin on the Volga. Numerous deaths are reported at Sarator, Tiflis, and Baku. The St. Petersburg correspondent of the London Standard says that there are two thousand cases in St. Petersburg itself. Constantinople, June 9. Cholera has broken out in Samaria. In Astrachan the ravages are serious, and riots have taken place owing to the police endeavouring to prevent the populace fleeing from the city.
