Sydney, June 23. Heavy weather has been experienced in the Albury district. Communicatien with Adelaide and Sydney is interrupted. Melbourne, June 23. Heavy storms have beeu experienced in various parts of Victoria. In Melbourne the wind blew at the rate of 75 miles per hour. A cyclone passed over JBallarat, doing considerable damage 1o the mines and buildings. During the cyclone in Ballarat two men named Preston and Billings, were killed by falling debris. The tide in Hobson's Bay rose two feet, and the shipping had an anxious time, but no damage was done.
