Dunedin, Feb. 27. The weather was lovely for the concluding day’s races of the Dunedin Jockey Club’s autumn meeting. The attendance was very good. The, sum of £9203 went through the machine, making a total of £28,449 for the three days, or £6823 less than last year. Results : Hurdle Race, of 100 sovs; second 10 sovs; third 5 sovs; 2\ miles.

The Hopeful Stakes fell to Lady EJdda and the St. Leger to Strathmore, The New Market Handicap, 6| furlongs, the chief event of the day, was won by Wild with Fortunatus second, and La ToteMr* - third.
