The market is slack. Wheat, 4s 9d. Flour, stone-made, £lO 5s to £lO 15s; roller-made, £ll 5s to £ll 15s. Oats, New Zealand, 2s 3d to 2s 4d. Barley, Cape, 2s 9d to 3s 6d; English malting, 3s Gd to ssj firm. AUCKLAND WOOL SALES. The wool sales at Auckland yesterday showed an advance on last season's prices. Mr Buckland sold 1000 bales of crossbred at 6 id to 7£d. Messrs Hunter and Nolan sold about 500 bales long wool at 6§d to 7d, crossbreds at 6£d to Bd, and merino at 7id to 7 fd. There was very keno : competition at both sales.
