The Premier. —The Honorable John Ballance will return from the south some day this week, and will address a meeting in Christchurch. Judging by the reception he got at the Agent-General’s banquet he will have a large audience in Christchurch. He will then return to Timaru on tne first day of the show, and unveil the Turnbull monument. He will also attend the Timarn Agricultural and Pastoral Association’s Show, in company with His Excellency the Governor,
