NOTICE is hereby given that the Geraldine County Council desires to raise the sum of £3OOO, by way of LOAN, under the provisions of “ The Local Bodies Loans Act, 1885,” for the purpose of Constructing Irrigation Works within that part of the Geralaine County known as the Waitohi Flat Water Supply District, and that it is proposed that the first year’s interest on tae said loan during the construction of the said work shall be paid out of the monies so borrowed; and that the am of £165 is proposed to be set apart in ach year towards the paying off of the )an, and it is proposed that a Special Rate £ one halfpenny in the pound on the ratable value of the property within the said Paitohi Flat Water Supply District shall e pledged as security for such loan.
