NOTICE is hereby given that the District Court of Timaru and Oamaru (being a local Court of Bankruptcy), holden at Timaru, has this day made an order closing the bankruptcy of Henry Williams and Frederick Colville, of Temuka, Blacksmiths and Wheelwrights, and has appointed TUESDAY, the 18th day of August, 1891, as the day for hearing the application of the bankrupts for an order of discharge.
