An application to the Supreme Court by the creditors to have B. D. O’Halloran, late postmaster at Whangarei, adjudicated a bankrupt was dismissed on technical grounds.

Eae, pawnbroker, against Alfred Robert Greenaway, a solicitor, for the recovery of £448, alleged to be due on promissory notes and for jewellery sold. After a good deal of evidence was taken the case was adjourned till the 6th April.
