SUPREME COURT.

Ciieistchitbch, Feb. 23. The Grand Jury threw out the bill against Daniei Flanagan, charged with being an accessory after the fact in the child murder case, and returned true bills against the two women. The bill against John Olsen, tor indecent assault waß thrown out. Herbert Mortimer Stonyer for making a false declaration under the Marriage Act was fined £5.

February 24. The Supreme Court was occupied all day with the case of William Stonyer, who was found guilty of obtaining £350 by false pretences from Eliza Agnes Dixon, a widow. He was sentenced to 12 .months' hard labor.

The child-murder case will commence to-morrow.
