SUPREME COURT.

CffUJSTCHUECH, February 23 The Supreme Court criminal session opened this morning before Mr Jnotice 1 Denniston; His Honor in charging the grand jury referred to the small calendar, and then commenced to comment on the salient points of each case, dealing at some length with the case of the Flanagans, charged with child murder. Albert Otten and Herbert McOready/were charged with stealing twelve letters from the post office letter box. McOready was found “not guilty” and discharged. Otten pleaded guilty and was sentenced to two years. Elizabeth Pearson pleaded guilty to a charge of larceny aud was sentenced to three months’ impcisoomeat.
