SUPREME COURT.
Auckland, Dec. 3. A young woman named Annie Bannent, charged with concealment of birtb, has been admitted to probation for six months. Wellington, Dec. 3. Edward Byan and Thomas Buckley were found guilty of attempted robbery in Willis street, and application being made to admit tne latter to probation His Honor deferred sentence until Monday. The case of the two Chinamen charged with manslaughter is fixed for Monday next. Dunbdin, Dec. 3. In the Supreme Court Henry Wilson ?nd Frederick Eemington, charged with the robbery of £7l from the Savings Bank, were found guilty and sentenced to three years' imprisonment each with hard labor. In the charge of criminal libel against Patrick Hinnan the jury found him guilty of publishing, but considered that there was no criminal intent, and he was released on giving recogmsances for £3O to come up for sentence when called on.
