Sydney, Nov. 1.2. A scene of unparallsd disorder occurred in the Assembly last night during.a debate in committee of Supply. Mr W. I'. Orick, member forMacquarrie Wear, was called to order, but dejxnejil the chairman, who ordered him to be arrested. "Mr Crick resisted violently but: the Sergeant-at-arms, with the assistance of the other officers, finally succeeded in carrying the reoaloitrant" member but of the Chamber, he kicking, fighting, and struggling to the last. The chairman reported the matter to the Speaker and Mr Crick was summoned before the House. He asserted he had been ejected by brutal and legal force. The Speaker ruled him out of order. Mr Criok attempted to 'be dissent, and was again ordered to be removed from the House. As he was leaving he called out, " Tou, Mr Speaker, got two thousand pounds for putting the Broken Hill Water Supply Bill through, and the chairman a thousand. Tou aro beth theives and robbers of the oountry." Sir H. Parkes with regret moved that the severest sentence pessiblej namely, that of expulsion, be passed. During the debate on this motion Mr Criok sent in his resignation, which was not submitted to, the House. The motion was carried by 63 to 10 and Mr, Crick's seat declared vacant.
