Berlin, Noy. 12. The Emperor Willi»m has presented ) Dr Koch with the sum of £50,000, an amount Which is equal to that'required for in augurating the institute forthe cure of consumptive patients. The Crown Princess of Sweden has consented to submit herself to Dr Koch's treat men'. London, Nov. 12. The Berlin correspondent of the Times advisea consumptive patients to repair to Ber'io forthwith, as a tremendous influx of people io expected.' "Dr Koch remain? silent and refuses to predict his efforts will be successful or not.
