SINKING OF A TURKISH WARSHIP.

Japanese* news states that the Turkish warship Ertogroul, with 500 souls on board, foundered in a terrific gale between Kob* and Yokohama. Her boilers exploded whi'e the. vessel W»S sinking. Six rfficers and 57 f>f lb? crew were saved. Admiral Osnian Pasha and Oaptpin Ali Bey were drowned. The Ertogroul was an old and nnseawortby vessel.
Osmao Pasha is the gallant officer who defended Plevna with such bravery during the Russo-Turkish war in 1877,
