GERALDINE COUNTY COUNCIL. -VTOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that jyi the Geraldine County Council desires to raise the sum of £3OOO by way of LOAN, under the provisions of the Local Bodies Loans Act, 1886, for the purpose of Constructing Irrigation Works within that part of the Geraldine County known as the Waitohi Flat Water Supply District, and ibat it is proposed that the first year's interest on the said loan during the construction of the said work sha'l be paid out of the moneys to be so borrowed ; and ] that the sum of £IBO is proposed to be set apart in each year towards the paying off of the Loan, and it is proposed that a SPECIAL RATE of One Halfpenny in the Pound on the rateable value of the property within the said Waitohi Flat Water Supply District shall be pledged as security for such Loan.
