Guatemala, July 26.

The President of Ban Salvador has challenged the President of Guatemala to single combat. It is reported that the San Salvadors have been driven out of Guatemala witty a loss of 400 killed. The mob is in possession of Guatemala capital, Mexico has decided to remain neutral in the present difficulty. The State of Guatemala having declared war against San Salvador battles are imminent. *
